More Than a Suit

The conference venues I attended this year for my company were absolutely stunning. We had amazing service and were served with upper class five-star food. Normally, our business meetings are drawn out and extremely lifeless. But this year, my boss has seemingly chosen lively places where we could all relax and enjoy our afternoon with each other. The discussions were all work-based of course, but we all seemed to enjoy quite a few laughs before the meetings were over. I have to say, this is the most exciting work year I have had since I started working for my company 14 years ago. I am hoping for more years like this to come, it gives me a chance to bond with my co-workers and show them I am more than just a suit.
